Hephzibah is a name derived from the Hebrew חֶפְצִי־בָּה (Ḥeftsi-ba), meaning “my delight is in her.” In the Old Testament, she is identified as the wife of King Hezekiah of Judah and the mother of Manasseh, and her name’s meaning is explained in Isaiah 62:4.
