Meaning and history
Tiffany is a medieval form of Theophania and was traditionally given to girls born on the Epiphany, January 6, the festival marking the visit of the Magi to the infant Jesus. The name fell out of use after the Middle Ages but was revived by the 1961 film Breakfast at Tiffany's, whose title refers to Tiffany's jewelry store in New York.
Tiffany moved from #843 to #880 for girls between 2024 and 2025. Its highest annual birth count came in 1988, with 18,364 births.
